Place: KORFEZ/KOCAELIMS-A station installation with a capacity of 100,000 m³/h and natural gas lines manufacturing have been carried out at the Tüpraş site.
In this area, full automation has been achieved by installing 1+1 (spare + main) station line mechanical installation and Gaschromatograph, RTU, Flowcomputer and UPS installations belonging to this station. Control automation has been established with SCADA.
A total of 2,000 meters of 12'' steel pipe natural gas lines have been installed from the newly established MS-A station to Plant-7, Plant-12, Plant-5, Plant-3 Tüpraş Refinery facilities. These lines have been realized and put into operation by welding slip joints to existing natural gas pipes and using the existing pipeline route.
NDT and visual inspections belonging to 12'' natural gas steel lines have been completed at a rate of 100%. All manufacturing processes have been carried out in accordance with the refinery's quality control standards and refinery methodology.
