OSMANGAZİ BAY BRIDGE

In this project, a total of 7,000 meters of 316L stainless piping, two separate water tank building constructions on two different sides, a fire tank in the building, fire pumps and SCADA automation application belonging to the mechanical room have been constructed.

All piping lines designed belonging to this very special project, which has been projected by the foreign company KOWI and of which specifications have been also prepared by KOWI, have been simulated in 3D by Atom Isı and subjected to stress analysis over this simulation project. According to the analysis results, it has been designed on an additional loop line in a way to reduce the stress of the line to standard values. In this project, which includes special standards, 316L stainless pipes have been imported from Finnish OSTP company and fire boosters complying with the UL-FM standard with a capacity of 250 Mss 120 m³/h have been imported from American Aurora company and have been implemented. All mechanical equipment found here has been supplied from Europe.

In the project, ITP, MOS, material approval and application process procedures that are requested by Japanese world giant IHI, which is the employer company, have been implemented. All stainless pipe lines have been completed by checking with 100% NDT and visual controls.

This project, which constitutes an example in Turkey, is a proud for us and our country.
