Our company is responsible for all mechanical installation work for Turkey's first private-sector gunpowder production facility, which will be established in Sungurlu district, Çorum. The facility's construction is being carried out in two phases—superstructure and process—executed simultaneously.

In this part of the project, we are producing and installing steam-condensate lines, air lines, cooling water lines, hydrant lines, and fire lines (including fire cabinets and sprinklers). All pipelines are equipped with project-specific valves and instruments, which are both supplied and installed in full compliance with quality standards.

Additionally, in the superstructure section, we are installing thousands of meters of ventilation ducts in various diameters. Beyond sub-plaster work, we are also performing turnkey installations, including surface-mounted sanitaryware and fixture installations.

In the other phase of the facility, Process Lines, pipeline installation is being completed. All applications are carried out in accordance with quality standards and procedures. Under our quality procedures, we perform passivation processes, NDT tests (penetrant and radiographic tests), hydrostatic tests, and overall system leakage tests to ensure seamless project delivery.
